Nobody can enter to my acc page

i don't know whats wrong
i don't use a router
and i've made all steps in the tutorial
but nobody can enter to my NICAW acc page
i been tried entering theese in my browser
kairiserv.no-ip.biz
http://kairiserv.no-ip.biz/index.php
http://MYIPADDRESSHERE/index.php

i can only enter the page from the host PC
by Localhost or IP address

plx help guys

Probably your ISP provides you with an internal IP and that means that apart from your local network users and yourself, nobody can visit your website. Try contacting your ISP and asking them to give you an external IP - that might be an additional cost though

desactive the firewall (windows firewall if you not have another)
or change the permission

It's not about changing firewall permissions, no, no, yeah, of course you need the firewalls with the permissions but, be sure that you already opened your ports and that.

Configure the config.inc of nicaw.

yah you should do that if that
doenst work try to open the port in your antiVirus proctection.
