Non-Sql Server

Is it possible to get an Non-Sql server that's over Client 8.1

I have tried to use http://localhost/phpmyadmin/
But it won't work, prbrly i'm to nooby....
Right, so i would be happie if some 1 Linked an Server with client over 8.1 and not Sql, if that even exist.. :thumbup:

OTServ does not support XML anymore, you have to use SQL
