Hello! My nickname is Nonus, i'm a long-time player from the old Tibia days and now looking to join a team to make something worthwhile.

- Where do i live and what languages do i speak?
I live in Stockholm, Sweden (GMT+1). I'm fluent in Swedish & English, can speak Russian but unable to write since i was born in Ukraine but moved to Sweden at the age of 8.
- What do i do?
My daily job is automation engineering where i design systems for giant industrial purposes that . During my free time i spend a lot of time playing games, whereas Dota 2 is my biggest time-consumer right now where i play the support role and lead my team of friends to victory.
- What kind of experience do i have that is of actual use?
I learned C++ on my own accord by the age of 14 and learned Lua, C#, Python, VBA, Microsoft Access, Assembly up til now to the age of 21. Somewhat rusty on C++ since i have other tools to get the job done (C#, VBA, Python).
- What do i know about Tibia itself?
I actually played the game from year 2000 up until 2004 since i did not approve the changes that happened to Tibia. Since 2004 I've tried some private servers but lost interest in it after a while.
- What do i aim to accomplish by coming here?
Extend my knowledge about the game and all the systems that makes everything work. Assist in creating a well-polished private server that raises the bar of Quality and Stability. Get to know more like-minded people who share my passion.
- What kind of position would i be comfortable with?
As of now i would be happy to help with practically anything be that mapping to programming. I would refrain for jumping into the source code until i am well-rounded in the front-end of things. Would be able to host if i knew all the implications that come from it be it legal etc.
- How do you reach me and what kind of team would i fit in?
By posting in this thread with information or by PM. The team needs to have good leadership and a solid resolution on what needs to be done. I'm not expecting to be paid for my work and neither should the team focus on cashing-out for what is to come.
