Noob on modern acc..

like the titel say im a totally noob at modern acc so i have some questions how do i make new boards in forum and how do i post news and that stuff?...

go to your config file and set the group id to 5 that will make only accs with group 5 edit stuffs in the page
then make your god account, and log in with your god account
profit.

and
group id 5 in my phpmyadmin but still not working.. ?
