Gamemaster Normal Scripting (Voc Balancing- Spells & Items) - <Needed>

Hello folks,
as far, as I've noticed, my server currently, got no mages on it.

I found out, the knight and paladin, are way too strong,
and so far, I am out of time to balance anything.
I prolly need a guy, who will be a gamemaster, on a real map server, (Fantasia - Latest News) - 80 Players daily, we can get more if we balance the server out.

I do need the following:
*-* A well balanced, eh dunno what to say? (Helper maybe).
- He shall know everything about balancing vocs, for example, exori hits 100, and exori vis hits 120 when reachs a certain ml, I want him, to balance everything, even if it was very useless on your mind.

*-* I also need a bug-finder.
- searchs the whole real map, also having /a access, he'll be tutor, if he did well, will be promoted to Gamemaster as well!

*-* And last, I need a quest maker.
- Able to map well, and do us a good quest, starting from level 100, to 300. (example of your mapping is required)

*-About balancing, I almost need, to re-do the whole vocations, (they are as same as real tibia) - also the spells, and the donator items, would you do all that for me, even write shall I do what shall I do in notes, (you dont have to fix 'em your self, just telling me what to do), all you've to do is to write the notes, and save 'em..

*- Quest maker, shall be good at mapping, firs you've to show off example of your mapping, second you rate it your self, (detailing is required).

Just another regular download and run server..
Nothing unique.. + this work is no "scripting" it's (NORMAL) editing..
Just change mag healing and mag damage on mages and you will have a more balanced server..

Not that hard?
Instead of asking someone els to do it and create a "stupid" thread about it.. you could have tried yourself.. You would probably be done by now.
