I think you need to fix a few bugs before this server is really worth playing. I know you know them but I will list them again:
1. Fix the aim 2:1 around corners.
2. Remove the anti-spam exhaust for instant spells. Only leave it for runes.
3. Lower the levels (black widows vs eternal march?)
4. Fix map click
Some things you might want to try: 1. Add realistic cap and backpacks. Make the characters spawn with less stone skins.
2. Remove "no team damage" but keep the guilds. People can now choose if they want to team up with someone or fight solo. One thing though, if they team up they can't ue spam. Also add 1/1 and 2/2 instead of auto teams so you can still take advantage of the guild outfits if you want to team with your friends.
