Compiling Nostalrius 7.4 items.srv anyone?

I wonder if anyone ever tried to make a 7.4 tibia.dat and .spr migration to the Nostalrius engine.
My goal is to start a custom map from zero with a 7.4 dat converted to 7.72, but Nostalrius needs the 7.4 items.srv to read the items.
It would be nice if someone did that job before and is willing to share the converted items.srv file.
