That is not what I asked for. Where did you download this ACC from?
It could be a problem with your account being made before installing Znote AAC. Which is common on admin accounts.
This can be converted here: http://127.0.0.1/special/database2znoteaac.php
(Run the database2znoteaac.php file which is in the special folder, only accessible from 127.0.0.1).
Also paypal scripts have been revised since the official release here on otland, so you should get the latest version which is here: https://github.com/Znote/ZnoteAAC
And ofcourse on paypal.com you need to configure the IPN link.

solved? if so, how? How should i configure ipn.php and buypoints.php i got no idea!?
