Windows Now how can i make it so people can connect to my website

Server is online i can host people are able to login , but i am the only one who can use the website what do i need to do next so other people can connect to the website.?

Bump still need help had a few people try on team viewer but pretty sure they did not actually know what to do...
So if anyone's got the time to help me out on team viewer i would really appreciate it just want this website working for everyone already.

As others said, you should forward port 80, make sure no application is blocking your apache to start too.
Last time I had problems with apache I figured that Skype blocked apache, as well as team viewer. You can modify their settings separate in each program.

Probably turn of your firewall and forward 80 udp/tcp

No that's not the problem , ports 80 are forwarded both udp/tcp fire wall is off there's something wrong that's making it not work iv had a number of people that knew what they are doing trying to figure it out on team viewer and nothing. people can connect and log into my server but not the website i don't get how that's possible unless ports 80 are being used by something i don't know about but i highly doubt that i bet no one can figure this out but if someone wants to a look and try that would be awesome because without the website it pointless to make a server and host it..

This is really pissing me off iv wasted so much time just trying to make it so people are able to use the website , they can login to my server but not connect to the website? Iv had six people now try and use team viewer to try and fix it but still nothing no one can figure out whats wrong it could be my routers firewall that's blocking it but i don't know. So someone who really knows there stuff , i could really use your help or i wont get a chance to put my server out there for everyone to enjoy..
