Npc Blesser/Promotion seller

Secret Blesser and promotion seller arent working on my ot.

Also, it gives me premium when i talk to the npc AS a god, but not if any player do this...

You don't have pacc and in your config you set thast promotion need pacc ?

nah i got there premiumForPromotion "no"

So no idea, whats wrong
