Lua Npc bug saying i don't have enough money

Hey i got a problem with my npcs, when i say hi the npc will answer but when im trying to buy stuff no npc is selling, i dont have enought money he says, could somebody help me please!!! rep+++

All the npc are the same

When i try to buy from the rune npc he wont let me, when i try to sell stuff to the armor npc i manage to sell the stuff but i don't get any money for the stuff..
