Npc causing freezes/lags

Players are using some npcs to cause freezes on the server, I already placed block spamming (offer / trade) and exauated in purchasing.

I do not know exactly what to do, they are just next to a npc and the server starts to have major lags.

Anyone know what can be?

Is it just 1 specific NPC or all NPC?

the principle would be all NPCs, he is always on npcs of parcel or bank
