[Npc & Creatureevent] World killing in the name of...

Otlanders, I need a script to npc and creaturescripts, tell the NPC "event", that you have to do a task to kill 'dragons' of all kinds, but is 'Global' that will have to kill fifty thousand dragons of all kinds everybody, and every time they kill a dragon, a message appears on the console, for all online players saying "the world has killed 100 dragons, has completed 100/50000 dragons.
