Npc Dont talk

Hello , When i try to talk to a npc it wont work ?
Any one know why ?

You have to use correct npc/libs/

What server, version and client version do you use?

Its rev 3884 . and I know Iwill not be supported with that . But I use the 3884 lib ?? and it wont work .... well . If thats the problem I need to fix it by my self I think .,. hehe
