npc give item and add addon and outfit

Hi a npc with this features
*One if you give one item he will give you an addon
* give him three diferrent items he will give you an addon
* Same as first but it will give an outfit

And other npc that if you give him an item he will grant access to a teleport
also the teleport script

Click on item on map, and if you have x item on backpack gain addon
