Npc help needed!!!

I need a npc that when you say "Hi" it say:
- if getPlayerStorageValue(cid, 9999) == 1 then
say: Hello, my friend how are you?

- if getPlayerStorageValue(cid, 9999) ~= 1 then
say: Hi, how are you?


Some one can help me? i tryed 2 hours, but just fail and fail...

if possible use the NPC system of The Forgotten Server!

Please some one! i'll rep C++ anyone who helps xD
