Hello guys, i want know how to do a NPC who just say. Sell nothing and trade nothing. Just say things.

NPC: Hello
Player: *tellword*
NPC: Oh, really? Bla bla bla bla bla. If yes, tell *word*
Player: *word*
NPC: Ok! Now go to Icya.
