Why wouldn't you just make it all once npc? One npc that does all rebirths depending on the previous rebirth?

Neither am I. Any thing I script Take tons of testing to perfect haha. But If you do some searching Try to find a rebirth system and just change it to your liking. I know this wasn't the best help. But If I was in your position. That's what I would do.

Scroll down and find the user Dantarrix and Read the little guide not 100% if it works. But worth a try I think he posted on there a view times so keep scrolling down till you see a whole bunch of code in boxes by that user name.
