so i've recently opened my own server... along with this i've noticed i can get the everything working properly but when i try to add new npc that i find here on the forum i can't get them up! so what i am wondering is there some kinda standard misstakes i might be doing? i get the npc into remere's map editor but when i upload it and then restart the npc have not spawned only the specfik new ones the ones that already exist works fine!

i am running TFS version 1.2 help would be greatly appreciated

Did you place them in the data/npc directory?
Are they structured like the other 1.2 npc's in other words does the code look the same?
