Npc Który Zamienia Itemy

Witam. Mam mały problem, chciałbym stworzyć npc któremu dajemy naprzykład 10 lizard scales i wzamian otrzymujemy Magic Plate Armor itp.
Szukalem juz na otlandzie na google, ale nie mogłem znaleść.
Chodzi mi o npc który zamienia itemy. :D
