NPC Needs to sell second promotion only to Premium players!

Hi!
I copied the promotion.lua and made vippromotion.lua
I want players to buy first promotion WITHOUT Premium (free)

but i need the vippromotion.lua (second promote) to be able to buy only if player is premium...
heres my vippromotion.lua:
