NPC on tfs

I will edit to all understain:
I have theese NPCs for 8.1:

Athan: sells parcel, label and letter.
Dark Rodo: sells just runes 100x.
Donald: sells all type of food.
Dufi: sells amulet of loss.
Maya: sells paladin equips (bow, crossbow and ammo).
Frodo: sells backpack, shovel and rope.
Lola: sells furniture.
Malak: sells backpacks of runes.
Nisse: sells all type of rings.
Repair Man: repairs soft boots.
Soya: Buys loot.
Jes: sells equips.(just 11)
Legolas Master: sells the new arrows(flamming and others)
Joy: sells backpack of stone skin amulet, obsidian knife and blessed wooden stake).
Reidmon: sells backpacks of potions(all type).
VIP: sells vip(just change the vocation)


Someone can help me?
If anyone have npc look like those please lend me(for tfs 8.21).

The new NPC system isn't implemented in TFS yet, since there was too much bugs with it. So there's no need to edit them anyway.

he wants to get the npcs to work on his new server with the new tfs 8.22, but he doenst know how to do it, or if he can get npcs like those.
