[NPC] Only able to buy stuff when you got the cap for it

Hi all,

Im having an oldschool war server and some people keep on trashing the server with items causing the OT to crash. So is it able to create a function where an NPC only sells items to a player when he got the cap for it. (so it doesnt fall on the floor).

Its the old NPC system btw. As in:

uhm like if getPlayercap(cid) and etc i may can do something if i get the npc scripts
