Is it possible change color in message ? (runes,potions,wands,rods)

If you use {} in the textmessage it will become dark blue instead of light blue.

You have right but this is tibia 8.0 and i havent priv msg script

There aren't many colors you can use, some colors can only be used in certain channels or as textmessages in default or server log.
So for default talking it's just yellow, for pivate messages in the npc channel it's light blue and dark blue with {}.
