[NPC] Real map pack?

Can someone please tell me how I can get a monsters/npcs pack for a real tibia map (client 8.6)? Or re-direct me to somewhere of some assistance...
I've been searching this forum for a while now and maybe I'm just searching in the wrong places, but it'd be a big help if I could get a hand.
