How to place npcs? Im using tfs 1,1 its possible to give him my custom outfits and dialogs?

Place them in map editor and customize by editing their scripts in npc folder.

Creature palette -> Npc;s is empty, no npcs here

Try File -> Import -> Import Monsters/NPC and select npc.xml in npc folder. If it won't work, you need to add them manually.

Hmm ok i found this. But there is a problem. In folder there is only 6, meybe 7 npcs, what with rest?

Yup, I guess it's everything. If you want more, you need to write/copy them first.
