Lua Npc - Teleport player X hour Online

Hi otlanders,
I'm looking for a boat NPC script that only players who have X hours online can spend. And the X hours contact online resets every day at 00:00.

Does anyone have something like that?

Idk what would be the easiest way but i would go for a storage

so as example you get every 1 hour 1 storage point
and so on

try to do something smarter than just updating a storage every X minutes.
