Post the npc script.
Do you get errors?
I'm using the same modules for TFS 0.3.6 and 0.4, no problems at all.

The script you linked is an npchandler script, modules is the one that handles buying/selling of items.
You can post your server version and the error or if you use TFS 0.3/0.4 you can also try the modules that is posted in this thread.
