It's a problem with Hosteam, the hosting company. Other servers which are hosting there are experiencing the same problems.

As I already told you in another thread, they can't do anything about it, it's out of their reach. Masiyah is also hosting at Hosteam and we're experiencing kicks at the exact same moments as ShadowCores.
