Offsett problem in Object Builder

Hello friends, I have a problem that I believe is easy to solve, but I'm not able to, obviously.
I imported an effect sprite to my client, but the effect is not centered on the character;
I've already changed the offset in the object builder, but it only moves "further" from the character, considering that the negative offset doesn't work since the object builder doesn't accept it.

is not in the object builder how you centrazied the effect

you can use scripts for that, and if im not wrong sometimes you need to change something in the source as well, depending with one you are using.
