Solved Okay, so how to do we use mods?

I understand you're supposed to have a mod folder, well my server didn't come with one; how do I get mods to install into my server? For example this one: http://otland.net/f82/mod-full-auto-war-teambattle-event-random-rewards-92825/

Any responses would be nice, thanks for the support! I need this added to 0.3.6.

If your using 0.3.6pl1 it should have a mod folder. Just make an xml file inside of the mod folder and paste the script into the file and that's it.
