Oldfag looking to get into mapping again

So yeah, I used to be into OT topics back in 2008 and now I'd like to get back to mapping. Two questions:

1) Is RME still around? And if not, what's the best map editor these days?
2) What's new in Tibia since like 8.4?

Two answers: Yes RME 0.3 beta is the latest, there is also RME live and you can map simultaneously , and it seems there is a "new function" since you left.. Called Google or the Search function. If you searched you would have your answers..

2: Alot, rl tibia much of the map has changed. Since 8.6 there have been mounts added. Some new commands also.

take 2.1 msi (i recommend it )

then go
Download - Remere's Map Editor (RME) - An Open Source Map Editor for Open Tibia
there download client 8.60 install the map editor install the tibia and run
if it works say
