go into spells.xml and find needlearn and change them all to 0.

Goto your spells folder (data/spells/), open the spells.xml file in a program such as notepad or notepad++, press ctrl+h, and replace needlearn="1" to needlearn="0". It might be the other way around, I can't remember, lol. But that's what you do.
