one question about the raids folder and the globalevent

the thing is: why is there a raids folder and an global event? it not would be easier to start the raids in the raid folder? srry for the noob question XD

Raids have a few commands that are specific to raids which can't be used interchangeably elsewhere inside of globalevents.
There's no real reason for them to be separate, but there's no pressing need for them to be together either.
