Online help please

Hi,

I'm trying for few days now to put my server online and
its not working that well :-/

I got some help here on the forum and on skype share screen with a very nice person
and still :/ (Thank you so much Justin!)

Called the ISP and they keep saying they're not blockin anything when the give routers and that all
the services are open or something

So I will tell you what happened with me brother maybe useful to you

I was had the same problem then I called my ISP

Me : Hello !!
ISP : Hello , my name is xxxx .. how can I help you?
Me : I opened ports on my router but when I check it's says off
ISP : You need static ip ... because your router ip will change every time you restarted the router
Me : Thanks
ISP : We are happy to service you

3 days later after bought static ip

Me : hello !!
ISP : hello , my name is xxxx .. how can I help you?
Me : few days ago I called you and I asked for port forward and they told that I need static ip
I've bought it so how can I install it now?
ISP : one minuts ... we can't access you router ... etc ..
so I make a factory restart and reinstalled the router service
Me : Done !! in restarted every thing !!
ISP : We got access now .. please go to www.whatismyip.org
Me : Done !!
ISP : what is the ip?
Me : 196.202.~
ISP : Done this is your static one now we have to install it in your pc
go to your network
and type
ip : xxxx
mask : xxxx
gateway : xxxx
Dns : xxxx

then when I opened ports and checked port 80 can be success when I open apache service
but 7171 - 7172 still closed
but guys can join my server

so I guess port forward need your static ip ...
or you can port with whatismyip.org
....
call them again and ask for static ip
