Solved onLogin cast

I was looking for a function that makes the player say something to kind of force them to cast utevo gran lux onLogin but I can't seem to find any on the LUA_FUNCTIONS document. Is there any other way to do this?

Edit: I was thinking maybe
doSetCreatureLight(cid, lightLevel, lightColor, time)
would do the trick, I'll test it with that.
