Open 11.X map in RME

Hello!

How are we supposed to open a map in RME wich is working in 11.X version? I mean, should i import it and it will convert to for example 10.99? Won't i lose data?

If you dont have right items.otb (this one that the 11.x server used), everything that is new in the map or even not new, just that items have different ids than these one in your items.otb, it will bug the whole map destroying it in the process.
