Programmer Open a file

I need help with extracts, a friend sent me and said he lost the original files, but they are compiled in there.
Into this cab have a tibia.spr and .dat

Whatever that is, it's not a standard MS Cab file, or it's part of a set and does not include it's own index/manifest.

binwalk spout all that random shit makes me think this is just a raw compressed datastream, and without the headers from whatever created it, it's useless
