open server 10.95+ real map

plzz guys help me open a server no need to online just open it normal (privte) version 10.9+ i ask it cuz.
before it was easy only download and open... now i need build it. i see download and there is only data... now i need get more things to make it work and i dont know to do that im new at this things. if someone can help me

ty for it i tryed. but 1. i dont know how to create the exe/file... whatever it is.. the thnig open the ot. 2. theres 1 or 2 things that i try to download and my windows block it. you have any thing that could be better?
