Yet hosting the actual server is not illegal. And in case the server admin does login, the server would still be legal - he however would be using illegal methods to connect to it, like everyone else.

I don't download films or music. I hear music from youtube. I don't see films from internet, I see films in tv or cinema no more.

Are you talking about client or server ? You prove that using CipSoft clients is illegal (however, how would you play Tibia then ?) then you conclude that Open Tibia Server is illegal !

This is basically just like the problem with Limewire. It was illegal to download music, yet people still downloaded it. Yeah, we were doing something wrong when downloading the illegal music, but the owners are still to blame as well, because if there wasn't a Limewire, or music distributors, there wouldn't be a way to download illegal music. It's the same thing with OT owners. It's illegal to use cips client to log-in to ots, but yet you're hosting an ot for people to log-in. So while other people are breaking the rules when logging into servers with cips client, you're giving them a reason to break the rules by hosting the server.

According to your thinking, it's illegal for CipSoft to develop Tibia, because someone can make 'illegal' OTS. It is also illegal to host Otland, because you can spread false statements here. You also live illegaly, because someone can possibly kill you and you're taking part in crime...

Uploading is illegal, if you disable your uploading or 'seeding' you are doing nothing wrong in getting the music. It is your choice to continue to distribute the music by seeding.

In some countries (majority) it's illegal to possess music illegaly.

You're still distributing copyrighted material, so that's a big if. So you're still uploading music for people to download, so it's still illegal.

Do you know what 'seeding' means ? I know you don't. Actually, it's uploading.
