I'd like to see myself in the next couple of months with tons of experience in Servers with helping others.. Maybe join as a community manager/Part time scripter/mapper as one of the other team memers assist me and teach?

I have started making server from scratch and i wont stop until its ready.
This server is going to be nothing like any other out there currently.
in this server there are:

]No potions (expect 1 potion what gives full hp and mana if taken when not in combat)
No healing runes
No healing spells (expect druid)
No healing/life rings
Monsters give no exp
bosses and 'upgrade gear droppers' are not soloable by only 1 vocation, because they are ridiculously strong.

People don't advance further in game with levels, but with gear they wear and teamwork they do.

What comes to finance:
Not given big though about it, but most likely will buy monthly server uptime from someone else (so i don't have to keep my 2nd computer open all the time)
When there is an issue with what I can't handle and doesn't look like anyone else helps for free, I will place money on the line to get it cleared out.
Everyone who helps me or join forces with me, most likely will do it for free.
When server is up and running, ppl can donate for Vip and we can split the profit, but Vip is not rly a needed thing for them (it will only give them some extra outfits to look cool)
