0.3.7 because reasons.
Although 1.x has more support and is still updating.
No one is likely to give you ideas for a server.. unless you've already put in 2 years of your own ideas and ask the players for some additional ideas.
Lots of people do enjoy real tibia maps.. however most people who use a real map are ridiculed on this forum because they feel the project won't last and the owner will most likely only host it for a month or two before dropping it for another interest.
If you want a popular server make up your own original ideas and build around that base.
If your a serious developer ask for help not opinions.
