Does OTClient support opening otserv:// links?
It would probably require an installer to set up registry entries (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ie/aa767914(v=vs.85).aspx) but from program's side, OTClient should accept the link as argument and parse it.
I could work that and submit a pull request but I was wondering if anybody is on it or maybe it is already planned/implemented?
