Opening Ports (Sky Router)

hey guys so i am wanting to open my ports for my server. i have done this before and it was along time ago and the website to sky has changed.
When i go to were i open ports it has 2 sections " Outbound Services" and "Inbound services" and im not sure what one i use.
Also the other thing what do i use for the tibia port service (TCP.FTP. E.C.T)
im using crying damson 0.3.6
tibia 8.6

I found this, don't know if it's the router you use but it might be useful, else you can also look if you can find the exact same router you are using.
