Opening .swl files?

Sup I have been trying to open some .swl files, don't really know what program to use, some where in the web I read that .swl is a macromedia flash file... but I have tryed with adobe flash and they won't open, tryed also with an old macromedia flash, and can't...

anyone know how to open them or what program to use?

It's the alternate format of Macromedia Flash (.swf)

Adobe Flash works fine. :huh:

Do you just want to watch the content of the file? Or do you want a program to edit the .swl file with?

It would be great a program to edit the file but opening it would be fine... I have adobe flash cs4 professional and it doesn't open the file.
