Team OpenTibia.net Partnered Sites

OpenTibia.net are seeking diligent members to head the Polish and Brazilian partnered communities.

These communities are almost entirely data segregated, meaning no posts, threads, downloads or content otherwise will be shared with the English OpenTibia.net site.
These new communities do however have integration with the English site, so members of the English community can log into the Polish site with their account and vice-versa and do have the option to further share select content, such as themes (skins), plugins and more where the administrators of said sites wish to integrate.

The communities are not a proof of concept, they are created and ready to go - complete with ~90% language converted strings.
I am currently seeking applications for Administrators. You will take head of your community (at no personal financial investment) and co-operate with me to expand out into the OpenTibia space.

Successful candidates will have the following:

• High fluency in Polish and/or Portuguese (preferred to degree of "first language" equivalent)
• High fluency in English (necessary to converse with myself of technical issues, dealings and inspirational goals)
• Ability to form, organise and run their own team, else capability to shoulder the work
• Mild-to-moderate technical ability (not a necessity, but highly valued)
• Other relevant skills and/or certification (PIMBOK, PRINCE2, ITIL, DBA certs. etc.)
• Existing/former OpenTibia community headship (this could mean you're the owner of a game-server in operation for a number of years with a big population, a moderator of a large OpenTibia forum)

OR​

• Matching abilities and skills as the above in a different community (Minecraft community, running a chess club or organising a large LAN event etc.)

To further the original post, if you run an existing Polish or Brazilian OpenTibia (or even just CIPSOFT Tibia) community - I'd be happy to do a data import.
I can import and convert from the vast majority of popular forum bases (eg. vBulletin), as was done with the original OTFans.net database.

Partnered Boards:

• Hosted non-English sub-boards, such as Memsoria, may elect to be migrated to the relevant non-English OpenTibia.net forum
  • New non-English sub-boards will not be accepted, whilst existing non-English sub-boards will remain where they do not request to be moved (ie. grandfather clause)
• Hosted English sub-boards, such as Necronia, may elect to have their non-English boards moved to the relevant non-English OpenTibia.net forum with a redirection link available in their English boards labeled accordingly - this not mandatory

Non-English Chat Boards (ie. Native Chat):

• Native chat boards where a relevant non-English OpenTibia.net forum does not exist (eg. German, but not Polish) will remain
• Native chat boards where a relevant non-English OpenTibia.net forum does exist will link out to the lounge area of that respective forum

If anyone is curious to see the cross-site login in action, you can log in to pl.opentibia.net.
Our partnered sites have also been offered the same solution so you can log into your OpenTibia account on their services (server, website etc.) if they have opted-in, to save registering separately with your e-mail address (this is still also supported though!) and having yet another separate account.

If enough of a response is received, I'll create an article explaining the technical in's and out's (to the extent it's secure to do so).

It's required to have more than 150 posts on the forum. I want to apply but I never participated on the opentibia.net forum, with only 2 posts. Is there any way around or 150 posts is really obligatory?

I've removed the post requirement now, especially as I called out I'm happy to review non-OpenTibia.net members.
