Hello everyone, this is the problem, Players (even my rl's) last atleast 30- 60 seconds to loggin every, I dont really know what's happening i think its anything that checks every ip comming(I think my modem) and because of that it late those seconds to connect.

Since i get my new modem i got this problem so, what do you think?
I have tested this in many servers 7.4 7.7 8.6 9.+..
The problem also happen to my website.. it's reaaaally slow
I got 20 mbps of internet

Example:
I can see them online when they loggin but on his screen they're seeing "Connecting to the game world.." but they're already logged in and in 30-60 seconds they can move.

i thought your problem was that they cannot login

I'm guessing its the connection between you and your rls / friends.

Yeah they can loggin after 30 + seconds I put even my rls because They should't lag at all and they do and its the same for the rest

Do you have a router inbetween the modem and your computer?
Do you have a software firewall installed on your computer?

well my new modem said something about andi ddos i will try read there. and yes i got many years hosting but never found anything like this, only with this new modem.

The first time everyone loggin they don't have any delay.

This appear but 7172 is not used in old servers. when I open a 8.6+ it is working

To my knowledge 7172 is used by ALL servers, even old ones, because 7171 is occupied by the login-portion of the server.

Let me open a 8.6 server

You can run a server. Everything checks out fine!

And they keep waiting more than 30 seconds

It's because you are using junk router/modem combined box provided by your ISP, ask them for a modem and buy your own router

Sure you can probably get it to work with this and blah blah but the modems provided by ISPs are designed so that they can limit and monitor your activity more than they already can, they are a hassle
