Why do everyone play Refugia? :S
Play some European server instead (if you're now from europe, which I know Damny is) like Secura :P It's Optional PvP.
And if you really have to play USA servers, then play Magera! I've got my chars on thoose two worlds XD

And gl on your advances (GOGO 100 KEJSAREN!!!!)

Refugia is Europian, It's just that Kejsaren didn't want ppl to know the world. So he wrote it's an american world. ^^
