But The Php Part Is Just for Gesior Acc How Can I Do it At Modern Acc

Also, if you really want that script you should probably switch over to Gesior. (not recommended but sad truth)
Or ask the author to make a Modern AAC version.

he does convert from gesior to modern aac

If you have money it wont be hard to ask anyone with Modern AAC coding knowledge to make it compatible. However not many people are interested in doing this for free. But you should give Zonet a shot. (Zonet, is not me [Znote]).
