OPTIONAL_FLAGS="" What format do i put for more than one flag?

OPTIONAL_FLAGS="-D__ROOT_PERMISSION__, -D__WAR_SYSTEM__"

like that??
Im not very used to linux so idk how to do these flags :/

Also when reloading my server it says, your a superuser do you want to continue anyways? y/n

I need to get rid of that error. so hopefully that first flag will work?

how do i do that? im using a dedi and it just naturally comes as root user i believe lol
